
John Koze is a leadership and customer service skills trainer and facilitator. His customized training programs have benefited small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
John has conducted leadership and customer satisfaction workshops for United Airlines during their annual Command/Leadership/Resources conference training. He has been involved with customer service and protocol requisites while serving as a US Air Force Officer. He has developed leadership seminars for Panasonic, Gourmet Foods, Inc. and many Starwood-managed hotels and resorts in Southern California. His expertise also involves instructing numerous professionally related courses at El Camino and West Los Angeles Colleges.
His professional affiliations include the Dale Carnegie® coaching program, a Junior Achievement Personal Economics instructor, American Heart Association Speakers' Bureau, Toastmasters International administrative officer, Business Network International (BNI) chapter president and a Long Beach Community TV talk show host and producer. He is the founder and facilitator of a goal-setting program called "Do This and Get That". John is also an executive producer for the internationally distributed exercise video TaiBox Kick To Fit.
John holds a BA in sociology from Wilkes University and is a graduate of Landmark Education’s Curriculum for Living program. He is currently the Vice President of Membership with the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Orange County, California Chapter.
